Gyroidite Scavenger Hunt 3 is an event held in-game from Jul. 20, 2018 to Jul. 31, 2018.

This event featured special jelly-themed furniture and clothes which players could obtain through crafting.

Most of the items required an event-specific crafting material, the Sparkle-Jelly Gyroidite which was obtained via the player finding the gyroidites on the ground and collecting them, and occasionally as a featured reward through Shovelstrike Quarry.

The gyroidites could potentially spawn at the Market Place, OK Motors, Breezy Hollow, Lost Lure Creek, Saltwater Shores, and Sunburst Island. There could be 10 gyroidites spawned on the map at a time. As the player collects the gyroidites, 1 new gyroidite would re-spawn every 10 minutes at a random map location, and 5 new gyroidites would re-spawn as a single drop once an hour at the next map location the player visited.

(For example, at 8:00am = 5 gyroidites at the next map location visited; 8:10am = 1 gyroidite at a random location; 8:20am = 1 gyroidite at a random location; 8:30am = 1 gyroidite at a random location; 8:40am = 1 gyroidite at a random location; 8:50am = 1 gyroidite at a random location; 9:00am = 5 gyroidites at the next map location visited)

The item set was available for reissue crafting from July 04, 2019 to July 25, 2019.
